AEROS TO PARTICIPATE IN SPORTS RADIO 610 FANFEST AT RELIANT

The Houston Aeros will participate in Sports Radio 610's Fan Fest, Saturday May 8 at Reliant Stadium. The event will take place in the Verizon Wireless West Club inside Reliant Stadium from 12:00-5:00 PM. Fans will have a chance to meet current and former professional athletes and participate in activities from Houston sports teams, including the Aeros, Texans, Rockets, Dynamo and more. Aeros activities will include a hardest shot competition, where fans can shoot a puck on net and clock the speed of the shot. Fans will also have an opportunity to become a hockey play-by-play broadcaster, putting on the headset of Aeros Broadcaster Joe O'Donnell and making the call from an Aeros game this season.

Chilly and the Aero Dynamics will also be on hand and fans will have chance to participate in the Aeros raffle to win prizes every hour.

Raffle Prize Schedule:
1:00 PM - Aeros framed photo from team photographer Jason Villanueva
2:00 PM - Tickets to the Aeros 2010-11 home opener in October
3:00 PM - Between the bench seats for a home game during the 2010-11 season
4:00 PM - A team autographed Aeros jersey
5:00 PM - An Aeros 6-game pack of tickets for the 2010-11 season

Finally, the Aeros will have a table set up for fans to join the Aeros on Facebook and Twitter. Fans that sign up to follow the Aeros on Facebook and Twitter at Fan Fest will have the opportunity to win exclusive prizes. Facebook and Twitter give the fans a chance to stay up to date on the Aeros, getting up to the minute information on the team along with exclusive discounts for tickets.
