HOUSTON --- Minnesota Wild General Manager Chuck Fletcher today announced the National Hockey League (NHL) club has reassigned RW Jed Ortmeyer and C Warren Peters to the Houston Aeros of the American Hockey League (AHL).

Ortmeyer, 32 (9/3/78), was recalled on Feb. 23 and collected two shots, two penalty minutes and averaged 7:16 in time on ice per game in two contests with Minnesota.

Peters, 28 (7/10/82), was recalled yesterday and logged 9:39 in ice time and registered two shots in last night’s 3-2 overtime win over the Anaheim Ducks.

The Aeros continue a three-game weekend when they visit the Oklahoma City Barons on Saturday night at 7:05 p.m. before returning home Sunday at 5:05 p.m. vs. the Rockford IceHogs. Call 713-974-7825 (PUCK) for more information on Aeros tickets and other promotions.
