OVERVIEW
The Houston Aeros (10-3-1-3, 24 pts.) host the Abbotsford Heat (12-5-1-0, 25pts.) in the third game of a three-in-three weekend. Houston sits one point out of first place in the AHL’s West Division. Abbotsford and OKC are tied for the top spot in the West. The Aeros, who beat Texas 5-1 last night in Cedar Park, have earned at least a point in 11 of the last 13 games and are 2-0-1-0 in their last three outings. Abbotsford has seven wins in its last 10 games and doubled up OKC 4-2 on the road last night. They are 5-1-0-0 on their current seven-game road trip, which began on Nov. 10 in Houston and concludes tonight.

This is the second of eight meetings this season… The Heat edged Houston 5-3 on Nov. 10 at HOU… The Aeros visit Abbotsford for back-to-back games on Feb. 17-18 and March 6-7… The Heat comes back to Houston for games on March 13 and 17.
