HOUSTON – The Houston Aeros are gearing up for the stretch drive and the 2003 Calder Cup Playoffs. Fans can join the action by purchasing Playoff Strips which guarantees them the same seat for all playoff games. On sale now through the Aeros office at 713/974-PUCK.



On Saturday, April 5, the Aeros will retire Gordie Howe’s World Hockey Association jersey. Each person who purchases a playoff strip will be entered into a drawing for the opportunity to attend a private autograph session with “Mr. Hockey.” To be eligible, the Playoff Strip must be purchased by Thursday, April 3 at 5:00 PM. Only one entry per household is allowed.



Individual game tickets will go on sale at a date to be announced. The Aeros currently lead the American Hockey League’s Western Division by 17 points.
