Houston Aeros Charities are grateful for the large amount of donation requests and support from fans across the Houston area. We wish it were possible to honor all of them since most are very worthwhile causes, but due to the high volume of requests received, guidelines have been established to assure fairness and potential involvement. It would be appreciated if organizations could submit their requests four weeks prior to the event date.

 
MAKING A REQUEST
Houston Aeros Charities has a donation program that assists non-profit organizations with their fundraising endeavors. Donations are limited to one request per organization during the Houston Aeros Charities fiscal year (7/1-6/30). Organizations located in the Houston area have priority support for merchandise and autographed item requests, but exceptions are made on a limited basis.
 

APPLICATION PROCESS

Requests must be submitted in writing on an organization letterhead and include:

  • Organizations name, Full Address, & Contact Number
  • Type of Event
  • Day, Time, & Location of Event
  • How the Item will be Used
  • Contact Person's Information
