The Houston Aeros are grateful for the large amount of donation requests and support from fans across the Houston area. We wish it were possible to honor all of them since most are very worthwhile causes, but due to the high volume of requests received, guidelines have been established to assure fairness and potential involvement. Organizations should submit requests at least four weeks prior to the event date.
MAKING A REQUEST
The Houston Aeros have a donation program that assists non-profit organizations with their fundraising endeavors. Donations are limited to one request per organization during the Houston Aeros Charities fiscal year (July 1- June 30). Organizations located in the Houston area have priority support for tickets, merchandise and autographed item requests, but exceptions are made on a limited basis.
APPLICATION PROCESS
►Requests must be submitted in writing on an organization letterhead.
►Phone and email donation requests will not be accepted.
Donation request letters should include:
* Organization name, Full Address, & Contact Number
* Type of Event
* Day, Time, & Location of Event
* How the Item will be Used
* Contact Person's Information
