Q: How can I order tickets?
A: Single-game tickets can be purchased at the Toyota Center Box Office or via www.aeros.com. For full or partial season ticket plans, group outings, voucher packs and birthday parties please call the Aeros office at 713.361.7930.

Q: Do the Aeros contribute towards fundraisers and events?
A: Yes, the Aeros contribute merchandise, autographed items and tickets to organizations that are eligible and follow our application process guidelines. Please visit our donation page to find out how the Aeros can help your organization.

Q: Can I send merchandise to the Aeros office and have them autographed by the players?
A: No. Unfortunately due to the high volume of requests that we receive, we are unable to fulfill this type of request.

Q: Can an Aeros player or Chilly make an appearance at my organization’s event?
A: If you are interested in having an Aeros player or Chilly make an appearance at an event, please follow our application process on the website. Please be sure to check our home and away hockey schedule before making your request for a player.

Q: Will a player write back if I send fan mail to their attention?
A: Aeros players receive hundreds of letters from fans each year. Each player is responsible for opening and replying to letters from their fans. The Aeros cannot guarantee that all letters will be responded to.

Q: Are there any upcoming player appearances or events?
A: Dates and times of player appearances and events are posted on our website. Please check periodically, as additions and changes are done weekly.
