14TH ANNUAL HOUSTON AEROS CHARITY GOLF CLASSIC TO BE HELD DECEMBER 8

HOUSTON, Texas – Over the course of the hockey season players spend a lot of time practicing stick handling and skating. The Houston Aeros will set aside their hockey sticks and try golf clubs and carts for one day as they host the 14th Annual Houston Aeros Charity Golf Classic on December 8 at Wildcat Golf Club. The Golf Classic will again benefit Elves & More, a nonprofit organization with the mission of bringing hope to impoverished children.

Last year’s Aeros Charity Golf Classic included 200 participants who paired up with Aeros’ players and coaches for the day. The event raised over $35,000 for Houston Aeros Charities and Elves & More through sponsorships and a silent auction. The silent auction this year will feature a six-person food and wine pairing at Capital Grille, two round-trip airline tickets, a Mikko Koivu autographed Minnesota Wild jersey and many other items. The event included a number of hole sponsors who provided additional entertainment between drives with tastings and games, all for two great causes.

The Charity Golf Classic has several ways you or your company can participate in this annual event through sponsorships or donations. Sponsorships include a foursome to golf for the day with Aeros’ players or coaches. Click here to download sponsorship details and registration information for the 14th Annual Houston Aeros Charity Golf Classic.

Hole sponsorships and foursome groupings are limited, so for sponsorship or donation information click the above link or call Carrie at (713) 361-7911 to participate. Donations of items for the silent auction are also welcomed.
