9:30: Alright Aeros fans, it is up and running. CLICK HERE for the photo gallery from today's auditions exclusively on SportsRadio610.com.

4:45: I have successfully made it back home and was able to upload the remaining videos on the Aeros YouTube channel. As for photos, Sports Radio 610 is the exclusive home of photos from today's tryouts. They are in the process of uploading the photos onto the website, I will let you know when the photos are live on SportsRadio610.com.

Below is a photo of the girls that have advanced to the finals. They will have two hours of skating practice tomorrow followed by the final day of auditions next Saturday, August 7. That is when they will have the final cuts and the 2010-11 Aero Dynamics will be announced.

3:10: The group dances have finished and the judges are making their final evaluations. I was able to get a second video uploaded onto the Aeros YouTube Channel, unfortunately the internet struggled to get the third one up so I will have to wait until I can get home this afternoon to post the rest of the videos as well as the photos. The finalists will be announced shortly...

2:30: Ok we are back from lunch, a few of us went over to the Park Shops at Houston Center, the old stomping grounds of the Houston Aeros Front Office. Upon returning the girls went through the process of learning the group dance. They are now set to perform in groups of three (except for one group of four). Unfortunately the internet connection here is not the speed I would like so the process of getting the videos up on YouTube is going slower than I would like. I do have one video posted now, CLICK HERE to check out the video on the Aeros YouTube channel. More videos are being uploaded as I type here so continue to check back for the newest videos. Our photographer Jason Villanueva is still sorting through photos, as soon as he gets them to me I will make them available to you.

12:30: Alright, we have made it through the individual performances. Time for me to get to work with Jason and the video camera to bring some of the exclusive footage from this morning. Stay tuned...

11:50: We are back to action after a ten minute delay due to the injury. Have to admit you get a little nervous as each girl comes through now after watching the injury.

11:40: Well we have a delay in the action as participant #11 has gone down with an apparent lower body injury. The staff has responded quickly, carrying her over to a couch and putting ice on her ankle. We hope she is able to make a quick recovery.

11:30: We continue to go through the girls, reaching about the halfway point of the 41 girls here at auditions. We've had some pretty good routines coming through including a twins that the judges seemed to like. I know everyone is anxiously awiting some photos from the event so far, stay tuned I will have more details on that soon.

10:55: We are underway with individual performances, so far we have seen a few of the girls come through with their one minute routine. A few of them have looked pretty good, although that is coming from someone who is not exactly considered an expert in dance so I wouldn't put too much stock in my words. I will keep my own list and compare with the judges later, see how I do.

10:15 - Good morning Aeros fans, Robert Desimone here inside the House of Blues. Registration is just wrapping up and the auditions are about to begin. The girls will go through individual dances first, they will be a minute long and have been choreographed by the performer. After the individual dances there will be a round of cuts. In the afternoon the girls will be taught a dance which they will then have to perform in groups. By the end of the day there will be one more cut and the remaining girls will advance to the finals. I will keep you updated all day and will also provide you exclusive video and photos from the event today, stay tuned for details as the event unfolds.
