AEROS’ PLAYOFF RUN HIGHLIGHTED ON REALITY TV SHOW
HOUSTON --- The Houston Aeros of the American Hockey League (AHL) are the primary focus of the first episode of “Becoming Wild,” presented by Toyota, Official Vehicle of the National Hockey League’s (NHL) Minnesota Wild.

"Becoming Wild" is a six-part series following the Minnesota Wild hockey operations department with behind-the-scenes footage during one of the busiest offseasons in franchise history. From the excitement of the Houston Aeros' Calder Cup playoff run and hiring of Head Coach Mike Yeo, through the preparation and drama of the 2011 NHL Entry Draft weekend and training camp, fans will see the Wild build its roster for the 2011-12 season and beyond.
"Becoming Wild" will air on FOX Sports North throughout the remainder of the summer with premiere airing on Friday, July 8 immediately following Twins vs. White Sox at approximately 10:30 p.m. The following episodes will air on July 22, August 5, August 19, September 9 and September 30.
