FORT BEND WOMEN OF THE YEAR NOMINATIONS BEING ACCEPTED

Event set for June 2 at Safari Texas Ranch

HOUSTON, Texas – The Fort Bend Education Foundation, the Lamar Educational Awards Foundation and Houston Aeros Charities (HAC) are once again honoring the women of Fort Bend County with the 2005 Fort Bend Women of the Year Luncheon. This year’s event will be held Thursday, June 2 at Safari Texas Ranch. Nomination forms are now available.

The Fort Bend Women of the Year Luncheon will benefit two worthwhile community organizations: Fort Bend Education Foundation and the Lamar Educational Awards Foundation. Both of these organizations benefit the students of Fort Bend ISD and Lamar CISD by providing funds to support innovative academic projects and staff developmental activities through grants for teachers and schools.
