HOUSTON – The Houston Aeros will host the Milwaukee Admirals (primary affiliate of the Nashville Predators) in the first round of the 2003 Calder Cup Playoffs. Game One is on Wednesday and Game Two is on Friday. The Admirals advanced after defeating the Rochester Americans two games to one in the Qualifying Round.



The schedule for the best-of-five Western Conference Quarterfinals round is as follows:

Game 1: Wednesday, April 16 at Houston, 7:00 PM

Game 2: Friday, April 18 at Houston, 7:30 PM

Game 3: Saturday, April 19 at Milwaukee, 7:12 PM

Game 4*: Monday, April 21 at Milwaukee, 7:12 PM

Game 5*: Wednesday, April 23 at Houston, 7:00 PM

Houston won the season series against Milwaukee with a record of five wins, four losses and one tie in 10 games. The Aeros and Admirals have faced off in the playoffs only once in Houston’s nine year history. Milwaukee won the Quarterfinals series three games to one in 1998.
