Biography:

Gabriel J.Presas, the Aeros' Director of Game Operations/Marketing, is in his 14th season with the team. Presas joined the organization in 1997 and is the longest tenured Aeros employee to this date. He directs all in-game promotions,video production, grassroots marketing, community appearances, Chilly and the Aero Dynamics Dance Team/Icegirls.

Presas has served similar roles with the Houston Rockets (NBA), Comets (WNBA), Thunderbears (AFL), Texas Copperheads (AFL2) and the Texas Hurricanes(SIFL).

The Houston native attended the CSB School of Broadcasting in Houston and is certified in Television Production and Radio Broadcasting. He now lives in Sugar Land and is a fan of the Minnesota Wild and Houston Texans.

Under Presas’ watch, Chilly was voted the best mascot in Houston by the Houston Press voters in 2000. Chilly also won the Dynegy Mascot Challenge in 2001, Children’s Museum Mascot Challenge in 2002 and the Mascot Olympics in Orlando, Fla. in 2004.

Presas enjoys cars and motorcycles, watching movies and has a five year old english bulldog named April.
